I felt the need for a reminder of how far I’ve come, I’ve been pretty hard on myself lately so it’s time for a before during and during.
Before - 230lbs, 3.5 years ago before my first attempt to start my fitness journey (it’s didn’t really start till about a year later)
During - 180lbs, A year ago, about 6 months into my journey
During 2 - ~140lbs, this morning (3/29/14) almost two years into my journey.
I did it by eating a clean vegan diet, while still allowing myself some treats, running and becoming more active. My life has become exponentially better since my journey started. And I don’t think it is due to the physically change, so much has changed mentally within myself. I have showed myself how much I can achieve by myself and hat has caused my confidence to go beyond what I ever thought it could be.
Happy Easter everybody! And if you don’t celebrate Easter, happy spring! I will be out of town for the long weekend, and I figured I might as well do a promo while I am away. I will begin posting the lists Monday!

Why is the fitness/weight loss community not freaking out over Nicole Polizzi (Snookie)? Look at her. She’s lost well over 40 pounds and is happily gaining muscles and promoting a healthy image and a healthy lifestyle. ALL of these fitness photos of her are from AFTER she had her baby and oooohhh she’s looking fine. Definitely an inspiration to me.
